From January 11^th, 2021 to January 14^th , 2021, the 5^th session of Pizhou 17^th People’s Congress was convened solemnly. As the main reception hotel of the session, Gold Coast Hotel bore the work of providing accommodation, catering and other services for more than 200 representatives of the session and the working staff. To successfully complete the reception task and provide quality services in every detail, the hotel set up a special reception leading group with Hu Guangmei, general manager as the leader which focused on making overall deployment and arrangement of security, catering environment, accommodation, reception and other works. Currently during the key period of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control and to guarantee the safety of representatives attending the session, the hotel provided many training continuously and carried out nucleic acid testing on all employees on January 9^th. During the session, managers of each department checked the epidemic prevention, disinfection, service environment, cleaning and sanitary, staff etiquette and other aspects in the catering area, guest rooms, kitchen and other areas everyday so as to make sure that representatives lived comfortably, eat at ease and work smoothly during the session.
