As the model of glorious land for the middle class in Pizhou, Oriental Royal City still enjoys a good living environment under the jointly maintenance by both property staff and all owners. However, after suffering sunshine, winds and rains in the past more than ten years, some ancillary facilities, especially chairs for owner’s rest have started to suffer corrosion and damages which influences the normal usage by owners and their living quality in the community. 

To solve the issue of ancillary facilities as soon as possible, at the beginning of January in 2021, the Project Department of Royal City Project in Jiayuan Property held a special meeting to discuss the repair issue and formed a scientific scheme. After the meeting, the Engineering and Maintenance Department adhered to the meeting spirit and investigated and recorded the damage degrees of chairs in the community and they made full use of materials available to repair the old seats and utilize the wasted chairs and gradually solved the issue. What they did not only beautified the community and facilitated residents but also responded to the call of building a conservation-minded society. 

Through this small-scale repairing activity, Jiayuan Property gained praises from all owners which also laid a solid foundation for improving owner satisfaction.
