In the "Notice on Naming the Second Batch of Provincial Demonstration Sites for Party Building Leading Property Management Service Work" issued by the Organization Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China in conjunction with four departments, the Oriental County project stands out in the list.

The Jiayuan Property Oriental County Project took two years and finally won the Jiangsu Provincial Red Demonstration Property Award in early January 2023. The entire staff of the Oriental County project have made every effort during the creation period. Employees work overtime regardless of whether they are working in the peripheral environment, health management, gate guards, patrols, engineering, customer service, or office work. Everyone thinks and works hard together, enduring countless nights and overcoming countless difficulties. After obtaining the Red Property Demonstration Community in Xuzhou City, the entire staff of the project launched a charge against the Provincial Red Demonstration Property in 2022.
