The lecture activity jointly organized by the Human Resources Department and the Planning Department of the Group with the theme of Tiktok live broadcast short video operation training was officially held in Part I of Gold Coast Hotel from February 21 to 22. More than 70 subsidiaries including the Human Resources Department, Group Office, Market Operations Department, Jiayuan Property, Golden Coast Hotel, and Meilian Bilin participated in the training activities.

In this lecture, we invited Xie Yuxuan, the core lecturer of Zhonghong Wanglue, a partner of Juliang College with 13 years of Internet experience, and his team to conduct in-depth analysis, explanation, and case analysis on the underlying logic, skills, methods, and IP building of Tiktok's operation. In addition, they will conduct accompanying training in the next month, which will greatly improve the short video clips and Tiktok live broadcast of many students.

There is a strong learning atmosphere at the lecture site. The lecturer is professional and funny, and the content is penetrating. The interaction and practice are combined during the teaching, which fully arouses the enthusiasm and interest of the students. The students learned and consolidated all the contents of the preliminary training course on Tiktok operation in a relaxed atmosphere.
