The chairman and others first came to the construction site to inspect the construction situation. After carefully inquiring with the project manager about the preliminary engineering overview, safe and civilized construction, construction progress, and coordination and cooperation among all parties, he pointed out during the inspection that it is necessary to strictly control the quality of the project, accelerate the project progress while ensuring quality and safety, and ensure that the project can be delivered on time.

The heads of each department and the managers of subcontracting units reported on their work and the situations encountered in project construction during the symposium. After carefully listening to the report, the chairman stated that although there is a good construction of a safe and civilized image, the road surface at the construction site is clean, and the construction can be carried out in an orderly manner, there is still room for improvement in terms of meeting the group's requirements. It should be further strengthened in details and continuously institutionalized, streamlined, and standardized. The chairman gave five instructions to the project department for this purpose. Firstly, it is necessary to focus on the image construction of the Xinyi project. The Xinyi Huatai Haoting Phase VI project, as our first general contracting project outside of Pizhou, is located in the center of the old urban area of Xinyi, so the image of the project is particularly important. From a small perspective, it represents the image of Yongcheng Company. Furthermore, it represents the image of Oriental Group. To put it more broadly, it represents the image of Pizhou. It should be able to demonstrate the strength of the Eastern Group and demonstrate that the team in Pizhou can fight tough battles. We need to fully understand the importance of project image. We should conscientiously implement image construction work from the aspects of gate construction, text slogans, promotional slogans, on-site operation rooms, safety and quality, and every word and action, and effectively create an excellent project image. Secondly, engineering quality standards should be continuously improved. The construction of the project should strictly follow the requirements of the drawings and standards. In terms of quality management, we should self pressure ourselves, improve our requirements, go beyond the requirements of the standards, and resolutely not go the old way of building construction. It is necessary to implement it during the construction process, ensure quality at each link, develop a reasonable and scientific management mechanism, and promptly review and supervise. Quality is our life. Without quality assurance, the survival of the enterprise cannot be guaranteed. Thirdly, it is necessary to enhance safety awareness and strengthen safety management. Project personnel should always tighten the string of safety production, and focus on strengthening safety management while ensuring quality. In the process of carrying out safety work, it is necessary to ensure that the alarm bell rings continuously and that safety work always runs through the entire construction process of the project. During the construction process, safety measures must be in place. Safety standards should be implemented in accordance with regulations that exceed standards, and should not be superficial. Safety standards should be implemented through worker training, safety disclosure, and precautions such as entering and exiting the construction site. It is necessary to effectively carry out safety work and never encounter safety issues. Fourthly, we should build a brand with integrity. Honesty, as the source of a company's reputation, is the foundation of standing and development. The management personnel and project managers of the Xinyi Huatai Haoting project department should unify their thinking and maintain consistency with the group, strictly implement the contract in place, and cannot fall behind or delay. When we encounter difficulties, we need to work hard to find methods, constantly adjust our thinking and work methods, find ways to complete the construction tasks according to the progress requirements of Party A, firmly fulfill our commitments, and ensure our integrity. We should always be dutiful and resolute in building our Yongcheng company's brand, laying the foundation for our strategic development goals of going out of Pizhou, Xuzhou, and Jiangsu. Fifth, we should continuously focus on team cohesion. We should treat the construction team in Pizhou and the cooperative teams in other regions as one family. We should strengthen management requirements and standards based on family relationships and standards. We need to unite and cooperate with all subcontractors or construction teams. Timely communication is necessary to address issues within the team. If you have any opinions, ideas, or practices, you can directly communicate with the project manager or even the group leader, but you must not promote them in a separate and coordinated manner. The project team should unify their thinking and strictly carry out work in accordance with construction standards, regulatory requirements, and Party A's instructions. At the same time, the project manager should do a good job of disclosure with various safety management personnel and construction team leaders, pay attention to the unity and cohesion of the team, communicate, learn from each other, share experiences with each other, and promote development. Only by forming a group, cooperating with each other, and making progress together can we better achieve various construction goals, have development, and have a wider future.
