At 10 am on September 28th, Zhang Yan, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress and former chairman of the Jiangsu Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied by the leaders of the Pizhou Municipal Party Committee and the Secretary of Xinhe Town Dong Fei, visited the Oriental Group Pecan Plantation Base Inspect. Zhang Yan and her entourage went deep into the planting area, picking area and office area of the pecan orchard to inspect various work on-site, and learned about the company's personnel management, safety production, fruit tree planting and work processes in detail. Group Chairman Liu Guomin and the Manager Geng Xianchun of Jiangsu Meilian Bilin Company gave a warm reception to them.

After listening to Secretary Dong Fei’s introduction on the overall planning and layout of Xinhe Town’s “one body and two wings” and the chairman’s report on the progress of the pecan fruit and tertiary industry integration development project, Chairman Zhang Yan gave the grand blueprint and project of Xinhe Town, fully affirmed the progress, and expressed cordial care and condolences to the chairman of the group company. She emphasized that the integration development project of pecans tertiary industry is an important carrier of Xinhe Town, and we must do a good job and take advantage of the situation, so that this golden business card will light up early and set a model for the revitalization of villages of Xinhe Town. Promoting the integration and development of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries is an important decision made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and is the innovation and development of the Party’s "three rural" theories and policies. Especially since the rural revitalization strategy was put forward, promoting the integrated development of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries will not only help further promote the development of agricultural industrialization and professionalization, but also make rural areas more beautiful and farmers' lives more prosperous.

 At the inspection site, Secretary Dong Fei expressed determination and confidence of Xinhe Town in building a “model for rural revitalization in Xinhe”, and highly appreciated Dongfang Group’s steady development and construction and social responsibility in Xinhe Town over the years. The relevant policies of Health Rehabilitation for Travelling were introduced. It is hoped that Oriental Group will thoroughly understand the policy, organize carefully, standardize construction, ensure quality, and contribute to Xinhe's implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the exploration of innovative roads for urban-rural integration and development.
