At 9:00 am on February 25th, 2020, Deputy Mayor Liu Ruyu and the leaders of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Planning) Bureau came to Orient County Project and Zhaoba Resettlement Housing Project to investigate the situation of resumption and epidemic prevention. Wang Yuanxin and Liu Lei, deputy general managers of the Group, accompanied the investigation.

         Deputy Mayor Liu asked in detail the implementation of various epidemic prevention measures for the resumption of the projects. After listening to the report from the deputy general manager Liu Lei of the projects, and field visits to various epidemic prevention links, Deputy Mayor Liu proposed that while the current situation of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia was still severe, Orient Group actively responded to the call for resumption of work by the Pi Zhou Emergency Command and the Construction Administration. Orient Group quickly and efficiently completed the storage of various anti-epidemic materials, formulated the epidemic prevention and control procedures for resuming production, established the epidemic prevention and control team, and measures such as epidemic prevention and control work programs and emergency treatment plans, which ensured the scientific, reasonable and step-by-step resumption of production, promoted Pi Zhou's economic recovery and stable living. As a model project of completing the resumed production work, it is worth popularizing in the city's construction projects.

      At the same time, Deputy Mayor Liu spoke highly of the positive role that Orient Group played during the epidemic prevention and control. Donating money and materials for the first time contribute to the prevention and control work of the epidemic in Pi Zhou. Meanwhile, faced with the epidemic, from the top-level deployment to various projects’ rapid response, Orient Group had become a model for the city, which set an example for the rapid economic recovery of Pi Zhou.
