The construction project of Phase V of Oriental Empire City is moving forward in an efficient, fast and orderly manner, with the first tender section, Building 28, taking the lead in topping out on 18 May 2022; on 24 May 2022, all seven multi-storey buildings have met the requirements for pre-sale conditions and will be topped out at the end of June; three high-rise buildings have all been constructed to above ±0.00 at present.

During the construction period, the company strictly control the quality of the project, strengthen the process control of each process, and the quality of the project has been greatly improved compared with the previous one. In the safety management, the company operate strictly according to the safety operation procedures, and eliminate the safety hazards in the nascent state, and no safety accident has occurred since the beginning of the construction; dust control work has been included in the regular management mechanism, strictly in accordance with environmental protection requirements for control, which has won the unanimous praise of the relevant departments.

In the process of promoting the resumption of work and production in the prevention and control of epidemics, the company carried out nucleic acid testing and access scanning in strict accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention while stockpiling a large amount of epidemic prevention materials, taking strict precautions and formulating a number of epidemic prevention pplans with pragmatic work style, which has been highly recognized by the higher authorities.
