In his speech, the chairman asked: first, carry forward the spirit of jinggangshan, we must be firm in the development strategy. We must resolutely implement the development strategy of the group company and stick to the blueprint to the end. The vast number of cadres and employees should be brave enough to take on their responsibilities, and turn the beautiful blueprint for the development of the group into fruitful results by taking practical actions to fulfill their duties.
Third, to carry forward the spirit of jinggangshan, we must work hard to overcome difficulties. Today, when we talk about hard work, we do not mean that we should lead a Puritan, ascetic life, nor do we mean that we should deny the pursuit of reasonable interests and legitimate enjoyment, but that we should vigorously advocate the spirit of hard work, unremitting self-improvement, keeping pace with The Times, and pioneering innovation. How to put it into practice? One is to increase revenue, the other is to cut expenditure. Increase income, let everybody try every means to improve management efficiency namely; To economize means to look inward, live a tight life and run all undertakings through diligence and thrift. Cadres at all levels of the group should take the lead in implementing the group's requirements on streamlining expenditure, opposing extravagance and extravagance, resisting hedonism and extravagance, and focusing on reducing expenditure and increasing efficiency, so as to really use the limited capital and resources on the knife's blade and put their thoughts and efforts on promoting the development of the enterprise.
Fourth, to carry forward the spirit of jinggangshan, we must rely on the masses as a source of strength. Without the support, support and active participation of the employees, it is impossible to achieve and complete the goals and tasks of the group's "13th five-year plan". Therefore, we must strengthen the staff troop construction vigorously, the innovation human resources management, the comprehensive implementation talented person strategy, makes a person with the courage and insight, the knowledge, by the understanding, the tenacity and the reason work, diligently is responsible, the innovation is practical, the unity cooperation, the overall promotion, does not live up to the public expectation, does not live up to the mission the staff troop. The development of the enterprise needs to rely on the staff, the staff should also correct understanding. Every employee should establish correct values, unify the realization of personal value with the survival and development of the enterprise, unify the individual value orientation with the enterprise value orientation, and creatively do their own work with the loyalty and attachment to the enterprise and the passion of never giving up until the goal is achieved.
In his speech, the chairman also highlighted the issue of integrity and self-discipline. 'up to now, we have been building our brand and building our image,' he said. He hopes that through this meeting, everyone can enhance the sense of responsibility and mission to promote the better development of the group's cause, forge ahead with the spirit of jinggangshan, form a strong force without distractions, go all out and do a good job, and make new contributions to the realization of the goals set in the "13th five-year plan" of the group.
At the meeting, all the staff watched the jinggangshan revolution education. Six staff representatives who went to jinggangshan for visiting and learning spoke at the conference and talked about the experience of visiting and learning from different perspectives.
