On January 30, 2022, the 2021 Summary and Commendation Conference of Orient Group was grandly held in the banquet hall on the third floor of Gold Coast Hotel. Chairman Liu Guomin made an important speech, and the general manager Jian Hui made a work summary for 2021 and a work deployment report for 2022.

At the meeting, the chairman affirmed the achievements of all departments in the past year. The chairman said that the past year has been extremely extraordinary. Internationally, COVID continued to spread, trade confrontation undercurrents surged, debt risk continued to rise, resulting in a downward trend in the global economy; The domestic demographic dividend is coming to an end, the economic structure is facing adjustment, the financial policy continues to shrink, and the pressure on the real estate industry has increased sharply, deeply affecting the upstream and downstream industries. In this context, all Orient Group staff are worthy of recognition and praise for their ability to remain determined, advance despite difficulties and work bravely to achieve annual goals and tasks. At the same time, the chairman stressed that there are still some problems and weak links that can not be ignored in the process of operation and development of our enterprise, which must be paid great attention: first, our fine tradition and spiritual wealth are not inherited and carried forward enough; Second, the creativity and courage of the team are not enough, especially in the face of business expansion and solving problems, they are still unable to open their mind and take actions decidedly, and lack creativity and courage;Third,the professional level and technical ability are not high. Under the new situation and new strategic opportunities, we must broaden our horizons, open our mind, comprehensively improve our professional level and quality, and make our ability meet the requirements of the times and the needs of the strategic development of the enterprise; Fourth, the sense of responsibility and the concept of the overall situation are not strong. We must understand the responsibility on our shoulders and firmly establish the sense of ownership. Only in this way can we be qualified to survive in the market competition.

The chairman said that under the new situation and new pattern, we should inherit and carry forward the Orient Group entrepreneurial spirit and dedication, do more and run fast, and strive to promote all kinds of work "Ahead, ahead and down-to-earth", so as to realize the high-quality development of the group.At the meeting, the chairman put forward the development theme of "Forge ahead bravely and steadily". He said: in the new year, we should adhere to the guiding concept of "Consolidating leading industries, highlighting advantageous industries and supporting potential industries", create a new pattern of real estate development, maintain the coordinated development of construction and real estate development industries, raise the supporting service industry to a new height and enable the development of industries in various sectors.At the same time, we should still pay close attention to the implementation and make steady progress in risk control, talent training, reform and innovation. Ensure the healthy development and safe operation of the Group, and strive to make new achievements in the development speed,development  quality and development efficiency of the Group.

In the report, general manager Jian Hui objectively and comprehensively summarized the completion of various works of the Group company in 2021. He said that in the past year, all employees, under the leadership of the chairman and the group team, closely focused on the objectives and tasks assigned at the beginning of the year, worked together to overcome difficulties and better completed various economic tasks. In the past year, although some achievements have been made, there are still some problems and deficiencies existed, compared to the objectives and requirements of the company's development, mainly as follows: first, some subsidiaries have not completed the tasks and indicators issued at the beginning of the year; 2、 Some employees have poor understanding, weak sense of responsibility, lack of foresight and planning, lack of passion and initiative; 3、 Individual companies should further open their minds, have the courage to innovate and strive for greater benefits. These problems and deficiencies have both objective and subjective factors. We should take them seriously and take effective measures to overcome them in 2022. At the meeting, the general manager added and emphasized some contents: strengthening the archives management of the group companies; Increase the marketing efforts of the fifth phase of Di Jingcheng and strengthen the linkage of two real estate; In order to welcome the 30th anniversary of the Group, 100 Most Beautiful Strivers were selected and so on.

At the meeting, the general manager deployed the objectives and tasks of all units of the Group company in 2022. He said that the overall goal of the Group in 2022 has been determined. This year, we will face new opportunities and greater challenges. I hope you will continue to work hard, explore and innovate, and write a new chapter with a new attitude and efforts! At the meeting, the general manager of the Group company read out the personnel appointment of some personnel in 2022, and the executive deputy general manager Wang Jibai read out the decision of the Group company to commend the advanced units and individuals in 2021. Three advanced units and 49 advanced individuals were commended. Wang Yuanxin, Liu Lei,deputy general managers of the group,  and 207 employee representatives attended the meeting, which was presided over by Liu Qiang, Secretary of the general Party branch.
