On the morning of June 21, 2023, Liu Guomin, Chairman of the Group Company, Jian Hui, General Manager, Wang Yuanxin, Deputy General Manager, and representatives from relevant departments visited various projects of the Group to inspect the construction situation.

The chairman and his party have successively investigated the project of the fifth phase of the Oriental Dijing City, the project of Wenhe Jiayuan and the project of Mingde High School. The chairman personally visits the construction front line and communicates with the project manager on the construction progress, safe and civilized construction, node quality control, innovation and implementation of new processes and materials on site every time he arrives at a project.

At the summary meeting, project managers and leaders in charge of each project report in detail to the chairman from aspects such as engineering construction quality, progress, safe and civilized construction, fund guarantee, team building, and external coordination.

After carefully listening to reports from all parties, the chairman made important instructions for each project.

1. The Phase V of Dijing City is based on polishing out high-quality projects, continuing and further enhancing the quality, taste, and brand of the East, ensuring that the first batch of western-style houses can appear in society with high standards and showcase the Eastern style.

2. As an important livelihood project of the municipal government, the Wenhe Jiayuan project adheres to the bottom line of delivery time, scheduling backwards, scheduling daily, achieving a clear understanding, reliable team, and high level, creating the management level of Yongcheng and building a brand of Yongcheng.

3. Due to environmental impact, the Mingde High School project has been suspended for over a month and missed the optimal construction time, which poses a huge challenge to the project department's delivery plan for Building 1, 5, and 7 on September 1st. Therefore, the project department must ensure the implementation of the plan, team, and level, create a good image, and improve efficiency.

4. The group will make every effort to support the construction of various projects in terms of funds, personnel, services, and other aspects. All people should unite as one, not afraid of setbacks, and show the indestructible will and belief of Oriental Group with practical actions.

The chairman and general manager raised higher requirements during inspections and research. After this inspection and research activity, all employees have high enthusiasm and confidence. This inspection and research activity fully mobilized everyone's work enthusiasm and pointed out the direction for the next step of work.
