At 3:00 p.m. on August 23rd, General Manager Mr.Liu of Dongfang Mingjun project and Section Chief Mr. Shi of the Section of Engineering attended the construction industry management meeting of the whole ciy organized by the Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

     At the meeting, Director Chen Kun read out the notification of the special treatment action plan for civilized construction of building sites in the city and strengthening post-bid supervision of construction projects, requiring all units to strictly abide by the "Six Musts and Six Bands", i.e. all construction sites must be barricaded, roads must be hardened, washing facilities must be set, wet operation must be carried out, cleaning personnel must be equipped, the construction site must be timely cleaned and vehicles must not go out by taking mud out of the site, slag wagon must not run with the load above the roof, the construction waste must not be thrown at high altitude, bare soil must be covered, site ponding must be prohibited, and spray fog gun must be opened; the "Six Hundred Percent" must be strengthened to effectively strengthen the management of safe and civilized construction on the building site, so as to guarantee the civilized construction on the building site and the rules and regulations of dust prevention and control.

    At the same time, it was emphasized in the meeting that the mechanism of "the construction unit is responsible, the construction unit guarantees, the supervision unit monitors and the competent department supervises in accordance with the law" should be established to ensure that the tender offer and the construction contract terms are fully implemented in the construction project, so as to create a construction market environment of operating in accordance with the law and performing in good faith.

    During the meeting, Director Zhuang Honghui and Director Zhang Ying respectively publicized the above supervision contents and the inspection results of the housing and construction departments, and praised the Dongfang Mingjun project four times in terms of dust control, safe construction, civilized construction, strong management of the construction unit, etc.

    Through this meeting, while affirming our achievements, we should also deeply summarize the deficiencies and various hidden dangers in the project, further strengthen personnel and site management, put an end to all hidden dangers, and repay the people of Pizhou a blue sky and pure land with practical actions.
