In the afternoon of April 10^th, 2020, Liu Guomin, Chairman of the Group, led the group's senior leaders and relevant persons in charge of the engineering department, market operation department and Jiayuan Property Management Company to check and guide the property management of the community in Dongfang Dijing City, Dongfang Mingjun and Dongfang Garden, and inspect the Longfor Hill Villa and Country Garden projects.

At the end of the inspection, leaders of the group company held a seminar in the conference room of Gold Coast Grand Hotel. At the meeting, the Chairman of the board of directors made three important instructions for the investigation projects. The Chairman said that the first was to put forth effort into building product quality and brand effect in project construction. Since the development and construction of the Oriental Garden project in 2003, the company has always adhered to the business philosophy of "win by quality, create high-quality products, and make first-rate". The project leaders should continue to take a highly responsible attitude, strengthen the control of the construction process, grasp the project quality, build high-quality projects, and meticulously build the "Oriental Brand" of the regional real estate industry. The second was to emphasize the importance of archives management. Archives are the true and comprehensive reflection of a unit's history, together with an important guarantee for the sound development of the enterprise itself and the maintenance of its own rights and interests. It was urgent to standardize all kinds of archives management systems. All branches and departments should strengthen the study of the archives management system, pinpoint the persons in charge of archives management, constantly improve the management level, and provide important guarantee for the business management activities of the enterprise. The third was to strengthen learning, improve personal quality, and promote the development of enterprise. The Chairman stressed that learning ability was the basis of all abilities. Whether it is communication ability, thinking ability, management ability or interpersonal communication ability, only the ability to gain command of how to learn is the core of rapid progress; only by maintaining the attitude of lifelong learning, could we constantly improve our personal qualities, and adapt to the ever-changing work tasks, so as to promote the development of the enterprise.
