On September 1^st, 2020, Li Ping, Director of the Human Resources Department of the Group and Cao Dong, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department of the Group, presented scholarships to the children of employees who were admitted to key universities on behalf of the Group in the conference room on the 10^th floor of the Group.

Cao Haoxuan, the son of Gao Xia, the Director of the Project Office of Dongfang Mingjun County of the Group, was admitted to Nanjing University of Information Engineering with excellent grades. The Group hereby awarded a scholarship of 8000 Yuan for encouragement.

Since 2014, the Group issued the "Reward System for Employees' Children to Enroll in University", which has exerted a preferable influence on promoting and encouraging the learning of employees' children.

As of this year, the Group, in accordance with the standards of the reward system, company has successively cashed out hundreds of thousands of Yuan for the children of the Group’s employees, and encouraged the children of the employees who have been rewarded to cherish their time, grasp their youth, establish the spirit of self-esteem, self-improvement and self-reliance, shoulder the responsibility of youth, and contribute to national construction and social development.
